Welcome to Pre-AP Language Arts!
I am thrilled to be starting a new year with my Pre-AP-ers! I have a rigorous year planned for us! This week most of what we’ll do with coincide with what my regular classes do, so it would behoove you to read their entries as well as ours, but next week we embark on an entirely separate curriculum! Woo hoo! Please be sure to refer back to this website regularly for information, handouts, and updates.
Our class calendar can be found online at www.localendar.com/public/KoolteechaPreAP Check back often as our weekly plan changes quite a bit as we move through our course of study.
When you return to this site, be sure to click on the category “Pre-AP Language Arts” to see all of the posts that I’ve written specifically to you guys. When you do, you’ll see some partial entries – you’ll have to click the title to read the entire post. Don’t miss anything!

Hey, Mrs. S. are you a virtuoso on anything? I saw that word on my piano music this morning.It says “Hanon, The Virtuoso Pianist in sixty exercises for the piano.” I hadn’t known what it was until we learned that word! Thanks!
