Could the weather outside be ANY more awesome? It puts me in a perfect Halloween-y mood! Ever heard the saying “Be careful what you wish for…”? Keep that in mind tomorrow when you read “The Monkey’s Paw”!
Special note to my Target-going friend…(you know who you are!)
The files we talked about are in the blue box on the right.
They’re also right here:

Hey Mrs. Sanders, just stopping by to say hello. I’m doing homework right now at the time of 6:46. :] I hope tomorrow is going to be as much fun as today was. I really enjoyed that short story you read to us in class today. At first i didn’t get it, but when you read for the second time, I definitely knew what the story was about. I am still reading and annotating the short story “The Third Wish.” Yes, ALOT of annotating. OK well I’ll see you tomorrow. Thanks. Bye. (:

I love the weather. Maybe it’s my antisocial/depressing/pessimistic behavior, but I absolutely love cold, rainy, autumn days. When it’s as dark as night during the day… Yup, I love it. At my old school we had to describe fall and the only thing that came to my mind was dead grass.

The cold and rain ROCK! My twin (Taylor on the panthers) hates rain, morning, and cold lol. And they say we’re twins ^^ Can’t wait to get my hand on some Poe! (hopefully soon, hint-hint)
Can’t wait to read the monkey’s paw! It sounds really interesting.

I read a story like this before.. It was in a collection of stories written by various authors. Except.. instead of a monkey’s paw, it was a corsage. I think I’ll bring the book tomorrow and show you!

You Have a thing for creepy stories, so the monkey’s paw was kind of what I expected. My dad read that story when he was in eighth grade too. ☺ Halloween is coming up! I’m going as a cowgirl for! Yeah! Next Wednesday! Bye ♥
